Individually packaged and sterile aspirating tips, especially for minimally invasive operations, e.g. for drying the root canal. Surgitip is available with a suction opening of ø 2.5 mm and ø 4.8 mm.

Surgitip aspirator tips are proven aids in drying the oral field of treatment in minimally invasive surgery and in aspirating particles.

The plastic aspirator tips allow extremely accurate aspiration as the shape and design have been specially developed for working under a microscope or loupe. The tips are ideal because of their hygienic handling and ease of use.

Durr High Volume Prophylaxis Cannulas are ideal for the effective suction of aerosol, bigger particles and prophylaxis powder.

The rotatable and fixable side shields allow for an ergonomic working position and a considerably increased suction volume (up to two times more aerosol intake compared to the Universal Cannula)

More protection for patient and therapist alike

A world first: the prophylaxis cannula from Dürr Dental. With its rotating and fixable protective shield, the cannula enables particularly effective suction of spray powder. Thanks to the targeted focusing of the cannula in the mouth, the powder jet can be accurately directed at the teeth and aspirated, thus providing optimum protection for the oral mucosa and significantly reducing nebulisation of the powder around the patient. Protective secondary air inlets provide the best possible protection against reflux from the suction system.

Further advantages: The variable positionable protective shield on the cannula tip enables particularly ergonomic suction. Suction comfort is increased even on rubber dam applications. In the case of preserving or prosthetic treatments, such as the removal of fillings or cutting through crowns or bridges, it is often necessary to aspirate larger particles. The protective shield provides significantly improved protection for this purpose. The high aerosol absorption of the prophylaxis cannula makes it ideally-suited for treatments without an assistant.

Surgitip-endo Aspirator Tips: 0.35mm (20)

Surgitip-endo is an aspirating tip specially designed to dry root canals. The innovative design of the suction tip allows for a multi-directional flexibility, so it can easily be introduced into hard-to-reach root canals without having to bend the Canal Tip. Aspiration is highly effective at all angles and visibility is not constricted.

Surgitip-endo removes rinsing solutions and moisture quickly and effectively, shortening the drying time considerably. Less paper points are required. However, the use of paper points is recommended to check that the canal is thoroughly dry.
