Indications
Oral healthcare workers are to integrate OPTIM 1 in their standard infection control protocols.
Between patient visits, OPTIM 1 Wipes or Ready-to-Use Liquid are to be used to clean and disinfect all clinical contact surfaces in the operatory. Surfaces that present the highest risk of infection in your SteriCentre (e.g. surfaces that come into contact with contaminated instruments and gloves) should also be cleaned and disinfected regularly with OPTIM 1.
Switching disinfectants
Before using OPTIM in an office for the very first time, workers should make sure to remove any residue left on surfaces from previous disinfectant by washing all surfaces with soap and warm water. Thoroughly dry them.
